Window Farms
After walking around the center for a while, getting to know the place and seeing some cool art, we met up with two residents, Rebecca Bray and Britta Riley to discuss their window farm concept.
They explained to us that a window farm accomodates hydroponic plants and vegetables. This means that no soil is needed. Their goal is to get everyone in New York City to use window farms and grow food in their own homes year round.
