This is the huge window farm that Rebecca and Britta designed for one of Eyebeam’s windows. There is a sewer pipe at the bottom, which acts as a reservoir for water that has nutrients in it. There is also a pump that pumps the water up to the top every 3 hours, which allows for the water to then drip down through the bottles where the plants are held. They dipped all the plastic bottles in paint so that all the roots of the plants are kept in darkness.
